Terms and Conditions 

Bookings & Payments

• All class bookings must be made and paid for in advance via ClassForKids.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Stripe processing fees are deducted at the time of payment and are non-refundable.

Cooling-Off Period

• A 24 hour cooling-off period applies from the time of booking.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a refund minus the Stripe processing fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

• After the 24 hour cooling-off period has passed, no refunds will be given.

• Class places are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Credits

• Where possible, class credit may be offered instead of a refund, at the instructor’s discretion.

• Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period.

Instructor Cancellations

• If a class is cancelled by the instructor and cannot be rescheduled, a credit or refund will be offered.

• Any refund issued will be less due to the Stripe processing fee that is deducted at the time of payment.
